HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Everything is automated, so orders are processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. This means that once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change it!
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING LONGER TO DELIVERY?
The following situations may occasionally cause minor delays in delivery: Courier services may sometimes be so busy that packages may experience delays in being scanned and processed. If your address is far from the warehouse, delivery may take up to 1-2 extra days. The further you are, the longer the journey. International orders may experience delays as customs clearance and transfer between different facilities may increase before delivery to the address.
MY ORDER TRACKING SHOWS THE SAME
If you received the tracking number, but the online tracking of the courier service was not updated within 24 hours after your order was sent, it is likely that the courier company has not yet scanned your package, or their online tracking system needs more time.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE PLACED A DOUBLE ORDER?
If you have purchased the same physical product multiple times, please contact our team immediately and check if the duplicate order can be cancelled.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GAVE INCORRECT ADDRESS?
You MUST contact our support team immediately before it's too late!

CHANGE AN ORDER?
An order confirmation is displayed as the last step in the ordering process. You will also receive a confirmation email with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
